Can I send part of my order to a different address?
We only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot ship to multiple addresses. Please consider placing multiple orders should you desire your items to ship to various locations.
Wait, I ordered the wrong color/quantity/product!
We are happy to help! Simply send us an email via our contact page, and we will certainly do what we can to adjust your order for you. Please know that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is possible that your order may ship before we are able to adjust it for you. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you should this occur.
How do I cancel my order that has not yet shipped?
It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible, therefore it is possible that your order may ship before a cancellation request has been seen by our customer care department. Cancellation requests may be sent via our contact page, and if your order has not begun processing, we would be happy to honor your request at that time. Should your order ship before the request is honored, we will process as a return.
I received something other than what I ordered, what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear this! Although our fulfillment error rate is far below industry average, mistakes do sometimes happen. Please notify us via our contact page, and we’ll get it sorted out for you!
My item is damaged, what do I do?
Our apologies! Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For this reason, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your item(s). We cannot replace damaged items outside of this time frame.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on laurablagho.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality checked before they are dispatched to customers.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with all original tags still attached and intact
- Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered
How to process a return
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing Blagho Consulting & Projects. within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them, by contacting [email protected].
Customers from outside the EU should fill in five (5) copies of a Returns Proforma invoice with item descriptions and unit values. These forms are necessary for customs clearance and will have to be handed to your selected courier. Please note that you will have to bear all costs related to the dispatch of your returns.
Once we receive your items at our warehouse, we will process the return within seven (7) business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Returns that fail to meet the conditions above or that have missing or incomplete customs documentation may be rejected and returned to the shipper.
Receiving a refund
Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Without prejudice to the above, the time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- payments by credit/debit card: Please note credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to control this.
- payments via PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We are currently unable to support exchanges through laurablagho.com. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and you may place your reorder at any time.
